6. Non-accessible content
Despite the commitment to accessibility and all efforts to ensure the accessibility of the Cegid Website, some limitations have been identified which we are trying to correct. Here is a description of the known limitations and possible solutions.
Known limitations of the Cegid Website:
- Video player – keyboard accessibility: we are aware that there are some problems with the keyboard accessibility of our video player [when selecting the language of the subtitles via the menu, it is not possible to use the arrow keys to scroll through the languages; to do so, it is necessary to use the tab key (TAB)].
- Subtitles: some videos contain subtitles that do not allow you to clearly identify who is speaking.
- Audio description: the videos on this website do not have audio description.
- Missing title in the framing elements in which the video is inserted: when videos are inserted in a framing element, it doesn’t always have a title. We intend to solve this problem by the end of 2025.
- Hierarchy of headings: some pages do not present their content based on a hierarchical organization of headings. We intend to resolve this issue by the end of 2025.
- External links open without warning: some links open a new window (or tab) without warning. We intend to resolve this issue by the end of 2025.
- Links: when a link to download content leads to another web page, a new window or tab opens. We intend to resolve this issue by the end of 2025.
- Animations: some pages contain animations, such as animated charts, which cannot be stopped, canceled or hidden. We intend to solve this problem by 2025.
- Parallax effect: some pages contain parallax effects that can cause dizziness, nausea and imbalance in people who are sensitive to movement.
