From 2012, French public employment service Pôle Emploi embarked on an ambitious and far-reaching digital transformation to reinvent how it provides services to both job seekers and recruiting companies. Revolutionising its HR and learning systems in partnership with Cegid Talentsoft was a strategic part of that transformation.
