Cegid was ranked No. 1 overall specialty vendor, No. 1 for customer satisfaction among specialty software vendors and No. 2 overall in the annual RIS Software LeaderBoard study of the retail industry’s software providers.

Cegid was the second-highest ranked software vendor overall in the report, which evaluates retail technology providers across more than 30 categories and criteria.

An influential guide to retail software, the annual LeaderBoard is produced by Retail Info Systems (RIS), a leading B2B retail trade publication. In 2016, Cegid received the highest total score in the history of the LeaderBoard study.
