CVManager and RITA Solutions Added to Cegid’s Talent Management Product Portfolio

Cegid is accelerating its growth in the strategic Talent Management market and today announces the acquisition of two companies through Technomedia, its Talent division: CV Manager Group and Illico Hodes. Their solutions are used by around one hundred North American clients in the recruitment sector on a SaaS basis, including RITA, an online sourcing and career site management platform, and CVManager, an applicant tracking system (ATS) particularly specialized in the healthcare, education and retail sectors.
Following the acquisition of Technomedia in 2015, Cegid is further strengthening its position and ambition through these two additional acquisitions, with the goal of becoming a leading provider of SaaS-based HR solutions in France and internationally.
The integration of RITA into Cegid’s Talent Acquisition module will enable our clients to quickly post their job openings directly to various job boards, without intermediaries. With its advanced recruitment intelligence, RITA is the only fully integrated online sourcing purchasing solution on the market, providing a comprehensive view of recruitment activities and performance across the entire organization.
