Omnichannel retail is the thing to master amid the chaos. There is a strong consensus in the retail industry that stores still matter — a lot — even as e-commerce surges. The key is to give customers a seamless, unified commerce experience. This means equipping store associates with the latest tools to communicate with customers, anticipate their needs and wants, and connect them with the products and services they desire.
