French manufacturing company Darco chooses Cegid and its reseller-partner Altem

Darco, a French manufacturer of industrial ball valves located in Morlaàs, in the Pyrénées Altantiques département, designs, manufactures and sells ball valves (floats and shafts) for gases and liquids, essentially for the oil & gas, oilfield services, chemicals and related sectors.

To handle the strong growth the company has enjoyed since early 2009 (15%) and meet the challenges this growth has induced, Darco was searching for an integrated and configurable enterprise solution that could cover all of its needs and ensure a lasting, customized IT system.

To help it choose the best solution, Darco retained Altem, Cegid's reseller in Mérignac near Bordeaux. Darco greatly appreciated Altem's professionalism and the resources Cegid's partner brought to bear in determining the best solution in every phase of the project. The company chose Cegid Business Manufacturing for 10 users, Cegid Business Accounting and numerous options, such as the configurator and EDM.
