Cegid opens distribution of Cegid WinHotel and Cegid WinRestau to a network of resellers

Cegid is launching a reseller certification campaign for the hospitality sector.
These partners will be authorized to distribute Cegid WinHotel and Cegid WinRestau, Cegid's simple and efficient hotel and restaurant management solutions.

In an effort to increase the coverage of its indirect network and strengthen its positioning in the hospitality market, Cegid is pursuing its Cegid Business Partners certification campaign, launched earlier this year.

At the start of the year, Cegid launched its latest Cegid Business Partners certification campaign for indirect sales of Cegid WinHotel and Cegid WinRestau solutions.
Available until now only through the direct sales channel, Cegid WinHotel is a user-friendly and intuitive program devoted to independent hotels and including, among other things, calendar management, invoicing and online reservation. Cegid WinRestau handles payment, cook-station printing and the back office.

"More than 500 hotel owners use Cegid WinHotel, an intuitive solution that integrates online reservations into calendar management. It includes a wide range of functions that meet all the needs of small hotel chains and independent hotels.
We are convinced that opening the indirect channel to our Cegid WinHotel and Cegid WinRestau solutions will enable us to strengthen our leadership position significantly in the independent restaurant and hotel market
," said François Coquillard, Cegid's Hospitality market director.

The campaign covers all of France and its overseas départements and territories and aims bring distribution points and day-to-day support closer to the customer. Cegid partners, chosen on the basis of their skills, must be able to accompany customers, advise them and be responsive to their needs.
The certification process for distributors is the same as that for internal Cegid consultants and trainers. As such it helps ensure our customers will be satisfied, while preserving and extending our know-how and experience.

Cegid also offers web demonstration sessions to prospective resellers. An important step in the certification process, these sessions have already attracted several regional resellers since they were launched in the beginning of March. To move et closer to its Business Partners and accompany them on a daily basis, Cegid has also made dedicated sales, marketing and technical support staff available to them.

In addition to pursuing this key aspect of its strategy, Cegid is continuing to develop its applications for hotel chains and restaurants by adding new, high-quality functionality.
